A New Year and a new Look for eAppraisal!
The next time you log into eAppraisal, you’ll see a whole new look!
With the exception of the banner at the top of each page, the entire
presentation of eAppraisal has been updated and reformatted. All
users will see the personal performance sections (goals, development
plan, performance journal, past appraisals, documents) at the top of
each page instead of scrolling to the bottom. Managers will also
have more immediate access to their employees’ records with links at
the top of the page. New icons and a revised color scheme are also

Woman’s Hospital
will begin offering bariatric surgery in January, 2008. Dr.
Drake Bellanger and Dr. Andrew Hargroder will begin seeing patients in
the Outpatient Clinics on January 14, and will begin performing
surgeries on January 21.
We have been working with Drs. Bellanger and
Hargroder to develop a complete continuum of services including
nutrition, exercise and other services for bariatric patients. The
surgeries will include three different procedures: gastric bypass, LAP
BAND and sleeve gastrectomy.

It was another fantastic year for Christmas Families! There were 37
families adopted, and 845
lbs of food drive items distributed.
Santa's elves worked feverishly to sort out and divide up all the goodies.
