Health-N-Motion
By Therese Bourgoyne
I’m very
proud to announce that as of the end of week 9, the Health-N-Motion
participants have lost a total of
1399 pounds!
That’s
equivalent to:
-
About 2/3
of a ton
-
634
kilograms
-
22,384
ounces
-
358,144
drams
-
634,575
grams
-
634,575,725 milligrams
-
634,575,725,629,647,500 picograms
According to the US Metric Association, unit mix ups have caused a
number of incidents, including plane
crashes and the loss of a space probe. I apologize in advance for unit
rounding that may lead to the loss of any probes. Let’s
shoot for a ton of weight loss! Imagine how many picograms that would
be!
Also,
see the picture for a simple flexibility workout to help get you moving.
