Health-N-Motion
By Therese Bourgoyne

I’m very proud to announce that as of the end of week 9, the Health-N-Motion participants have lost a total of 1399 pounds!

  • 1399 pounds!!

That’s equivalent to:

  • About 2/3 of a ton

  • 634 kilograms

  • 22,384 ounces

  • 358,144 drams

  • 634,575 grams

  • 634,575,725 milligrams

  • 634,575,725,629,647,500 picograms

According to the US Metric Association, unit mix ups have caused a number of incidents, including plane crashes and the loss of a space probe. I apologize in advance for unit rounding that may lead to the loss of any probes. Let’s shoot for a ton of weight loss!  Imagine how many picograms that would be!
